Van Driver of the Year Awards 2022
It’s that time of year again – the countdown has begun for the annual return of the ‘Van Driver of the Year’ from Logisitcs UK.
This year will see the awards hosted for the first year at the ITT hub, a free-to-attend, industry lead conference & exhibition showcasing the latest & greatest developments in transport innovation and technology, held at the Farnborough International Exhibition and Conference Centre.
On the 11th May 2022, logistics heavyweights from all around the UK will congregate to attend the exhibition and award ceremony. This will now be the eighth consecutive year the awards have been held by Logistics UK. The ‘Van Driver of the Year’ Award is a prestigious title, that can only be obtained after drivers face a barrage of practical and theoretical challenges, with a key focus on safe driving manoeuvring and legislative knowledge.

During the pandemic their essential role was highlighted as they kept our nation stocked with all that we needed, whether at home or at work. Whilst we won’t be entering the competition this year, we welcome friendly competition, especially where the emphasis is on safe working standards, and highlighting outstanding members of our fellow colleagues in the transport industry – maybe one of our drivers could be next!
