It’s a very exciting day for Transport 29 Ltd as we begin work in our new office space at Park View Business Centre in Combermere.
After over three years of operating remotely and working from home, we’re thrilled to have secured our own dedicated office premises. This move marks a major milestone for our team and opens up new opportunities for growth — including a new role within the company! One of the core principles of our company has always been to prioritise employee wellbeing. While this can be a difficult metric to measure — especially during periods of rapid growth like we’ve seen over the past 12 months — we remain committed to fostering a work environment that supports and sustains our team’s wellbeing into the future.
“In my personal opinion, working from home has been a fantastic starting point for Transport 29. That said, it’s been tough at times - there were days when I wouldn’t see anyone else from 8am (when my fiancée leaves for work) until 5:30pm when she gets home.
I’ve personally looked forward to working in the same office as Jordan, not just for the social interaction, but also to create a clearer distinction between my ‘work space’ and my ‘home space’.
We understand that working from home or in an office is very much a personal preference, and there’s no one-size-fits-all solution. That’s why, as we continue to grow, we’re committed to a hybrid-remote approach, offering the flexibility and benefits of both office and remote working to all our team members.”
