Here at Transport 29, we offer dedicated same day transport across the UK at affordable prices. We can cover everything from the smallest box of screws (and yes, we do get booked to deliver consignments that small) to a truck load of furniture. So, whether you need a small van or a great big articulated lorry, we’re your guys!
We help our customers move everything from pipework to pumps, event furniture to building materials, fibreglass containers to lasers, SIP buildings to hot tubs, timber to steel, medical equipment, documents, flight cases, carpets, milking equipment, air source heat pumps, deluxe toilets and much, much more.
Our goal is to always provide the best service possible. Whilst we pride ourselves on great pricing and are always willing to beat the competition, we understand that being able to trust your logistics partner to get your goods where you need them, quickly and safely, is the ultimate aim. Most of the loads we deliver are same day and for collection in under 60 minutes, but we do also offer next day and advanced load bookings, so whether you have an urgent consignment to be collected in the next hour or perhaps something a week or two down the road, we’ve got you covered.
We also don’t believe you should be penalised for needing urgent transport, so rest assured that the prices for same day delivery are the same as you would get if you booked weeks in advance. How? By using a network of drivers and hauliers all over the UK, we can find the right driver for you who is already in the area and looking for work. That not only means great availability but also pricing to reflect that they are sitting with an empty vehicle and looking to fill their diary.
What is dedicated transport? Dedicated means that your goods won’t be chucked on the back of a lorry with a hundred other boxes and then offloaded at a warehouse to be reloaded on to another the next day. Less handling means less risk of damage. Unless otherwise requested or specified, your goods will be the only goods on the vehicle, so you can be confident that they will arrive in the same state they left in. Not only that, but with no other goods onboard, yours are going directly to their destination, meaning quicker delivery to your customers.
