Whitchurch RUFC is an amateur rugby union club in Whitchurch, Shropshire. The club was formed in 1936 and until the early 1970s relied mainly on the facilities at the local Grammar School.

Transport 29 chose WRFC as the first local grass roots team to support, as a local, thriving club based in the same town as Transport 29 was formed. The club are very active in the local community, playing host to numerous local events & clubs, including funfairs, truck shows, a weekly ‘Andy’s Man Club’ meeting, and more.
